It’s not everyday you get a chance to interview an author with endorsements from Seth Godin, Soledad O’Brien, and Brad Lomenick. It’s even less-rare (rarer?) when that author is a friend.
That’s why I was thrilled to interview Mr. Charles Lee about his book, “Good Idea: Now What?” for my blog and newsletter.
Charles was kind enough to sit down for a 20-minute interview where we talked about the book, his approach to getting things done, and where he sees most people getting stuck in the visioneering process. Here’s what I asked him (this is called a “tease” in the business):
- Talk to me about the writing process. What was it like writing a book, this book, especially given the subject matter?
- What would you say to someone who is stuck between idea conception and making it reality? How would you encourage them?
- I noticed in the book you used some real-life examples to show how people took their ideas and made them into reality. Can you briefly share an example from the book that sticks out to you?
- Where do you see people wasting the most amount of time in the idea development process?
- What’s next on the horizon for you?
