Making Life Easier for the Remote Worker

I’m looking to solve problems. No, really. Turns out that there are a lot of problems to fix, so I got that going for me.

Allow me to be more specific: Remote workers. I feel you. Now that I’ve joined your ranks, I’m finding there are certain challenges that go along with the freedom of working from wherever in the world you choose.

 I asked the question on Twitter, What are some of the biggest challenges facing remote workers? Here were some of your answers:

Speaking from experience, I can validate nearly every one of these concerns. I want to drill down deeper into some of these vexing problems to see if there’s a way to solve them.

That’s where I need your help.

I’d appreciate any links, suggestions, notes that can point me to office products designed specifically for the remote worker. (Do they even exist?) With a  growing percentage of the world’s workforce going mobile, there’s huge market potential to produce high-quality goods for those of us who work with a team from afar.
